Meet our team
Former Attorney General
of Virginia Mark Earley
With a combination of experience and innovation, we're a family law firm that can understand and help.
Mark Earley, Sr. | Attorney
Allow me to briefly introduce myself. I’m Mark Earley, Sr. and I have been licensed to practice law in the state of Virginia for over 30 years. During those years I’ve also served as the Attorney General of Virginia and as a Senator in Virginia’s State Senate. In addition, for ten years I served as President and CEO of the world’s largest outreach to prisoners and their families, Prison Fellowship. I have years of experience in law & in criminal defense and I want to put that experience to work for you.
In my law practice, I take pride in the relationship and assistance that I provide for my clients. I am driven by my passion to help people who find themselves in legal crisis. I want to help you get your life back!
Every day I handle DWI/DUI, Reckless Driving, Serious Traffic Offenses, and Criminal cases for my clients. These are significant charges that can affect your life forever. (Certain convictions will appear on state driving records, result in demerit points, increase the price of car insurance, and in some cases such as DUI, reckless driving, or driving on a suspended license can result in jail time and the loss of driving privileges.) If you find yourself in a similar situation, no matter how complicated or difficult it may seem, I can help you get your life back! It’s what I do and it is my passion.
My clients are my number one priority. Although I cannot guarantee the outcome of your case, I can guarantee that I will treat you with dignity and respect. I can guarantee that I will treat your case as if it’s my most important case, because I know that it is YOUR most important case.

Justin Whitmel Earley | Counsel
When he's not closing a deal or helping a business navigate a key contract, Justin can be found talking on porches with his friends in Richmond, writing & speaking on the power of habits, or chasing down one of his four sons.
As a writer, speaker and corporate lawyer, Justin believes in the power of words to change things.
Justin is a self-starter, so as a lawyer he doesn't just think about how to manage risk, he thinks about how to take the right risks. If you need help negotiating a key contract, launching a new venture, navigating an acquisition, or if you are looking for someone to give a keynote about how to unite vision and habit in the workplace - give Justin a call.
