Help! I live out of state! Do I have to come to my Reckless Driving court date?

I understand how difficult it can be to deal with a Reckless Driving charge long-distance. In many instances, I’m able to handle your case for you without you being present in the courtroom.

However, there are some circumstances that will require you to be present for your trial date. If you had difficulties with the police officer, have multiple tickets accumulating on your driving record, or were clocked at very high speeds, you might need to come back to VA for your court date. Call me today to talk about your case we’ll decide together if I can save you the trip back to Virginia.
